Great value and fully functional unit with a jacuzzi, a private bathroom plus the balcony. Absolutely friendly amiable staff, DECENT location to the historical district. Based very close to tram and Plaza Foch and all the restaurants and bars.

wonderful small hotel with great value, we had a very comfortable stay. the location was particularly good, at a medium distance from ponte di mezzo bridge.

The room with a balcony had a great location in a peaceful area and being near a bus stop was a bonus.

The breakfast was fresh made and wonderful, coffee, tea, croissants, cereal and yogurt - all appetising! Our room was good value for money and provided with a personal bathroom and private bath, as example as expected. The location was decent, for example, Plaza Foch was not too far away from the hotel.

The perfect location in Old Town, in a fairly quiet area. Excellent for visiting Plaza Foch. The room is airy and spotlessly clean with a balcony. It offers both shared and private bathrooms.

The breakfast had a lot of options and included coffee, tea, croissants, cereal, and yogurt. Got good value for money room with the balcony, a personal bathroom plus private bath had a very very good stay overall. - This hotel was set in a central area near restaurants, markets, and public transportation.

The staff at this family-run hostel were incredibly kind and caring, making us feel like part of their family. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything was kept exceptionally clean. We appreciated their help with storing our bags and even allowing us to take a nap when we were tired. the location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and the old city within a 30-minute walk.

In the room, there is a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area. The location is great. They also offer a packed breakfast with options like omelets and scrambled eggs. 🍳

We had a wonderful stay at a charming place with a wonderful proprietor. The owners immediately became friends and were accommodating throughout our visit. The old-world, homey feel of the hotel was beautifully maintained, and our balcony was an absolute joy to use. The owners always had time to answer our questions and were really nice too help us in various situations. We were even picked up at the airport late at night, made our arrival so much easier. The hotel was very clean, and we felt safe and secure with the 24-hour staff. The breakfast, lovingly prepared by the owner, was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of fresh fruits, croissants. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cultural sites within walking distance, and easy access to public transportation. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Quito!

The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, a short walk to restaurants and bars. The breakfasts were fresh with cheese, ham, personalized eggs and the staff were exceptionally nice, did not rush us.
